My review for zalora.com.my Zalora is full of s***. Spam you with emails all the time with useless offers. I missed a deal before and decided to bite the bullet finally when they sent me a 30%off first purchaser voucher. I applied the voucher multiple times on a product that costs over RM900. Each time it would only show a deduction of RM90. I tried with other products and it is the same. I contacted customer service. First time they told me to proceed all the way and not to worry as the discount will be applied. I proceeded and got nothing. Of course I did not hit pay when i got to the final page when the price was not right. I contacted them again, this time they told me they are not sure, went to check and disconnected me from the chat. Third time, the person told me that the so called 30% voucher is capped at RM90 so that they don't lose money and said it was stated on the email they sent me which was a lie. I showed them the email and they simply said "sorry for the inconvenience". Seriously dishonest group. Real crooks trying their luck with false advertising and vouchers to lure consumers.
