Review Description: They charged full amount that was paid for the items, as cancellation fee for not attending the call during delivery time as there was no signal. Cancellation fee for irctc is not 100%. Irctc returns minimum amount. And these zomato people charged complete amount. Very bad. Plz note this all customers. Very bad on their part.

Review Description: The customer care representatives are not at all helpful. Even after paying for the order somehow it's the customer's fault for not receiving the correct order!!! Seriously i don't understand what kind of services are they providing. Instead of resolving the issue they just say 'sorry for the inconvenience and it will not happen again' and we are supposed to believe it.

Review Description: Absolutely worst customer service they don’t care about you and just want your money. I’ve had the wrong items delivered to me multiple times and everytime I raise a complaint they just End the chat or cut the call on me and never solve my issue.They don’t give refunds for their mistakes and offer a coupon which just forces me to use their useless app even more which is very wrong. Much advice you to use Swiggy as their customer care actually cares and helps you out rather than hanging up on you.
