Zyro – not good

My review for zyro.com They said I have to change the plan, to do that I needed to duplicate my web store, wait 2 weeks so they can transfer all products. Zyro has extremely poor functionality, you can't even edit your DNS settings. Go with Wordpress, it's 100x times easier, or choose WIX if you have less experience

Radio Silence

Not only did they swiftly acknowledge my request, but they also kept me updated every step of the way. The team's commitment to ensuring that I was satisfied with their service truly set them apart. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and I highly recommend Zyro.com to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch expertise.

Zyro is connected to my Stripe illegally

Zyro Comes with Unwanted Ties to Stripe My experience with Zyro started off promisingly as I utilized their software to enhance my website. However, what seemed like a smooth process took an alarming turn when I discovered a lingering connection to my Stripe account even after I had supposedly severed ties with Zyro. In the aftermath of disconnecting Zyro from my business and deleting their software, I was astounded to realize that their third-party application continued to access my Stripe account, effectively gathering my personal financial data without my consent. To compound the issue, attempting to revoke this access proved to be an exercise in frustration as Zyro's platform did not provide a straightforward means to do so. Seeking resolution, I reached out to Zyro's support team only to be met with a disheartening response. According to their specialist, my lack of an active Zyro account meant that I was unable to unlink the unwanted connection from my Stripe account, leaving my personal financial information exposed to a platform I was no longer utilizing. This revelation left me exasperated, feeling not only inconvenienced but also deeply concerned about the legality of such unauthorized access to my sensitive financial data. The inability to sever this connection, despite no longer using Zyro, felt inherently unjust and raised serious questions about data privacy and security. The frustration and disbelief I experienced in this situation have undoubtedly tainted my perception of Zyro. On a fundamental level, the lack of control over my own financial information, coupled with the inability to mitigate the issue, has eroded any trust I once had in their platform. My hope is that by sharing my experience, others can be informed and vigilant about the potential ramifications of engaging with Zyro's services. The mishandling of sensitive data is a serious matter, and my encounter with Zyro underscores the critical importance of transparency, accountability, and the protection of user privacy in the digital landscape.

Zyro is connected to my Stripe illegally

My review for zyro.com After using Zyro software on my website I have fully (at least I thought fully) disconnected Zyro from my business and deleted Zyro software. As I come to find out later, Zyro's third party application is still connected to my Stripe account and is collecting my personal financial information. On top of that, I am not able to revoke access because Zyro does not allow me! Zyro support specialist explains to me that I no longer have a Zyro account where I could unlink Zyro from Stripe because I am not using Zyro. This is ridiculous and illegal!

Huge waste of time

When I first started with Zyro.com, I was excited about the prospect of designing a professional website with ease. I put in so much effort and time into creating a great website. However, everything changed abruptly when the layout of my website got completely messed up. Text was automatically shifting to the side, and images were losing their original dimensions. It was a huge waste of time and effort. Initially, I thought I had found the perfect website builder, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. The frustration and disappointment I felt were overwhelming. It was as if all the hard work I had put into building my website had gone to waste. If you're looking for a reliable and professional website builder, I strongly advise against choosing Zyro.com. The experience I had with them was nothing short of a letdown. I regret not thoroughly researching my options before committing to their platform. In conclusion, my experience with Zyro.com was a significant setback in my website development journey. The issues with the layout and formatting caused immense frustration and wasted a considerable amount of my time. As a result, I urge anyone seeking a website builder to look elsewhere for a reliable and efficient solution.

A Genuine Testimonial: How Zyro.com Failed to Deliver on Its Promises

Let me start by saying that the experience I had with Zyro.com was nothing short of disappointing. I approached their platform with high hopes, aware that they offered a 30-day money-back guarantee. Excited to create my own website, I signed up and eagerly began exploring their services. However, it didn't take long for me to realize that their website builder just didn't meet my needs, and I found myself needing to take advantage of their refund policy. As per their terms, I promptly reached out to request a refund. To my dismay, my initial email, like the subsequent ones, went unanswered. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate with their customer support team - a total of five times over the span of a month - I was met with a resounding silence. The frustration and sense of betrayal I felt cannot be overstated. The fact that a company would not honor its own refund policy is deeply concerning. It became apparent to me, as it has to many others, that this was not just an oversight but a deliberate disregard for their customers' rights. My experience with Zyro.com can only be described as a scam, plain and simple. The lack of responsiveness and the blatant refusal to adhere to their own policies is a disservice to anyone looking to engage with their services. As a consumer who values integrity and reliability, I urge anyone considering Zyro.com to proceed with caution. My hope is that by sharing my experience, others can avoid falling victim to the substandard practices of this company. In conclusion, Zyro.com not only failed to deliver a functional website builder but also neglected to uphold their commitment to customer satisfaction. It's regrettable that their lack of accountability has tainted what could have been a positive and mutually beneficial relationship. I cannot in good conscience recommend Zyro.com to anyone after the egregious mishandling of what should have been a simple and straightforward refund process.

Turning My Online Dream into a Nightmare: My Experience with Zyro

Let me share my harrowing experience with Zyro.com, where my aspirations of showcasing my art and poetry turned into a disheartening ordeal. After months of arduous effort and dedication, pouring my heart and soul into meticulously crafting my Zyro website, tragedy struck. Word by word, stroke by stroke, I invested countless hours into curating a digital space that truly reflected my creativity. Each day, my website became a labor of love, a virtual gallery housing my art and a sanctuary for my poetry. It was a manifestation of my passions, a reflection of my innermost self. Then one fateful day, as I eagerly attempted to log into my cherished virtual haven, I was met with a jolting realization – my entire website had vanished without a trace. The sense of loss was profound, and the bewildering void left in its wake was disheartening beyond measure. It felt like a betrayal, a rupture in the digital universe that I had painstakingly constructed. Seeking answers, I turned to Zyro's customer service in my time of distress, desperately hoping for an explanation that would assuage my bewilderment. However, the response I received was nothing short of patronizing. Instead of empathetic understanding, I was met with dismissiveness, devoid of any semblance of accountability or a meaningful explanation. My inquiries were left unanswered, my grievances unacknowledged. I was made to feel insignificant, as if my aspirations held no value in their eyes. This jarring experience has left an indelible mark on me, and it is with a heavy heart that I urge fellow creatives and entrepreneurs to exercise caution when considering Zyro.com as a platform to manifest their dreams. The callous treatment I endured serves as a cautionary tale, a sobering reminder of the potential perils that loom when entrusting one's creative endeavors to a platform that fails to honor and respect the aspirations of its users. In conclusion, my journey with Zyro.com has been riddled with disappointment and disillusionment. The deletion of my painstakingly crafted website, coupled with the lack of genuine regard from their customer service, has been a disheartening ordeal. As I endeavor to rebuild what was lost, I implore others to tread cautiously, mindful of the risks that may overshadow the pursuit of their online aspirations when engaging with Zyro.com.

Too limited features and pricing is…

As a small business owner looking to establish an online presence, I was on the lookout for a user-friendly website builder that could cater to my needs without breaking the bank. After some research, I stumbled upon Zyro.com. Intrigued by its promises of easy website building and hosting solutions, I decided to give it a try. However, my initial experience with Zyro left me feeling somewhat underwhelmed. The features seemed too limited for the price they were asking. As a comparison, I discovered that their parent company, Hostinger, offered a more comprehensive set of features at a more competitive price point. This left me questioning the value proposition of Zyro. Despite Zyro's efforts to compete with the likes of Wix in the website building market, I found myself questioning the rationale for choosing Zyro over established and feature-rich platforms like Wix. While Zyro may appeal to some users with its intuitive interface and attractive templates, I personally found the overall offering to be lacking in comparison to its competitors. In conclusion, although Zyro has potential, I ultimately decided to explore other options that could provide a more robust set of features and better value for my money. For now, I'll be looking elsewhere to meet my website building and hosting needs.

Unprofessionalism at best

Unparalleled Disappointment: A Tale of Unprofessionalism and Discontinuity at Zyro As a long-time user of Zyro's "Advanced Store" plan, I was deeply disappointed to receive the news that this plan, which I had come to rely on and build my business around, was being discontinued. The transition to their "Business Store" plan was not only inconvenient but also significantly lacking in comparison to what I had come to expect from Zyro. The Advanced Store plan, which I had invested in until August 2024, included the powerful Ecwid ecommerce platform. The seamless integration and expansive capabilities of Ecwid had become an integral part of my business operations. However, the new Business Store plan paled in comparison, failing to provide essential features such as subscription handling, affiliate management, and automation using webhooks - all of which were fundamental to the efficient running of my business. What shocked me the most was the unprofessional manner in which Zyro handled this transition. The abrupt discontinuation of support in the middle of my contractual term, without significant notice or viable alternatives, left me feeling stranded and undeniably frustrated. Attempting to pivot an entire ecommerce setup to adapt to the limitations of the Business Store plan within the given timeline was simply unfeasible. It was disheartening to witness the disregard for the inconvenience caused to longstanding customers who were essentially left in a lurch. The sudden forced migration not only disrupted my business processes but also highlighted a clear lack of consideration on Zyro's part for the impact such decisions have on their customers' livelihoods. The transition could have been significantly improved by providing a grace period, extending support, or offering more tailored assistance to facilitate a smoother and more accommodating shift. In conclusion, my experience with Zyro's discontinuation of the Advanced Store plan and the subsequent push to the Business Store plan was not just about the features lost, but also about the unilateral decision-making process that left loyal customers like myself feeling neglected and unsupported. It is my hope that Zyro will reconsider their approach to such significant changes, prioritize the needs of their existing customers, and improve the transparency and support offered during transitions of this nature.

Unveiling the Disappointment: A Deep Dive into zyro.com

As a passionate user of zyro.com with the "Advanced Store" plan, my experience has taken a heartbreaking turn. Renowned for its functionality, zyro.com has left me disheartened with their decision to discontinue the Advanced Store plan, pushing users towards the lackluster "Business Store" alternative. The Advanced plan was a sanctuary of efficiency, complemented by Ecwid ecommerce capabilities. With a tailored setup involving intricate processes around subscription handling, affiliate management, and automation through webhooks, zyro.com was the backbone of my online presence. However, the transition to the Business Store plan feels like a step backward. Stripped of essential features and functionalities that once defined my online store, the move is not only inconvenient but also a stark reminder of unprofessionalism. The abrupt withdrawal of support mid-contract without substantial notice reflects a lack of consideration for loyal users like myself. Navigating through this unexpected and unwelcome change has not been easy. The Business Store plan pales in comparison to the versatility and depth of capabilities offered by Ecwid. The inability to handle subscriptions, manage affiliates efficiently, or harness the power of automation through webhooks has hindered my operations and growth prospects. As I reconcile with this abrupt shift, I urge zyro.com to reconsider their approach and prioritize user experience and loyalty. The journey from the Advanced Store to the Business Store should empower users, not leave them feeling stranded and compromised. May this review shed light on the importance of transparency, communication, and user-centric decisions in the realm of online services.

DON’T USE ZYRO! June 2023

A Cautionary Tale: My Experience with Zyro After Hostinger's Acquisition Ever since I stumbled upon Zyro, the user-friendly features and seamless hosting experience had me hooked. I wholeheartedly entrusted my website to their platform, reveling in the convenience and functionality it provided. However, the narrative took an abrupt and devastating turn following Hostinger's acquisition of Zyro. The transition witnessed a cataclysmic shift as the once reliable and efficient Zyro platform metamorphosed into an unrecognizable entity. It was akin to a nightmare as the amalgamation with Hostinger heralded the obliteration of everything synonymous with quality and functionality. The extent of the havoc wreaked was unfathomable; my website, a pinnacle of functionality, disintegrated into a labyrinth of non-functionality overnight. The cataclysm spared nothing - categories, critical customer data, orders, subscriber information, even essential visual elements such as ads photos and product options vanished without a trace. The agonizing reality dawned upon me - I was staring at a decimated digital infrastructure, a mere shadow of its former self. The magnitude of the loss was incomprehensible, leaving me in a state of disillusionment and despondency. The realization that I now faced the arduous task of rebuilding my entire website from scratch seemed insurmountable. The thriving digital storefront I once operated had been reduced to a vestige of its former glory, haunting me with the unyielding prospect of starting from ground zero. The ordeal served as a sobering reminder of the repercussions of abrupt and drastic transformations within the digital realm. However, amidst the turmoil, it instilled in me an unwavering resolve to seek refuge elsewhere. The prospect of entrusting my digital presence to Hostinger's domain seemed inconceivable in the wake of such devastation. In hindsight, my journey with Zyro, juxtaposed with the tumultuous shift post Hostinger's integration, serves as a cautionary tale for aspiring website owners and entrepreneurs. The unforeseen and calamitous impacts of such transitions underscore the paramount importance of vigilance and discernment when selecting a web hosting platform. In conclusion, my earnest advice echoes with resounding conviction - exercise utmost prudence and scrutiny when contemplating a web hosting platform. The foundational pillars of functionality, reliability, and seamless user experience should remain uncompromised, safeguarding your digital endeavors from the perils of tumultuous transitions and unforeseen upheavals. The cautionary saga of my affiliation with Zyro illuminates the imperative need to prioritize consistency and dependability, underlining the repercussions of abrupt metamorphoses within the digital landscape. Thus, I embark on a quest to reconstruct my digital stronghold, driven by the unwavering determination to seek solace and rejuvenation elsewhere, steering clear from the turmoil wrought by Hostinger's acquisition.

DON’T USE ZYRO! June 2023

My review for zyro.com DON'T USE ZYRO!! Since they were bought out by Hostinger they've removed all the good, really useful features that made Zyro a winning place to host. Now... it's a big fat piece of crap. My website went from 100% functional to absolutely useless literally overnight. Everything was gone, categories, customer info, orders, subscriber info, ads photos, and product option, I'm talking everything! Now I have to completely rebuild the site! And that will be elsewhere, not with Hostinger.

A great website builder

I recently had the pleasure of using Zyro.com, and I must say, it's a fantastic website builder. As a small business owner, I've tried several website builders in the past, including Squarespace, but I found Zyro's interface to be even more user-friendly. One of the standout features of Zyro is its intuitive interface, which makes the overall website-building process a breeze. The drag-and-drop functionality allowed me to effortlessly customize my website according to my preferences, without the need for any coding knowledge. This level of simplicity really sets Zyro apart from other website builders. Affordability was also a significant factor for me, and Zyro's pricing was incredibly reasonable. As a small business owner, staying within budget is crucial, and Zyro allowed me to create a professional-looking website without breaking the bank. Overall, I'd rate my experience with Zyro at 4.5 out of 5. The only reason I wouldn't give it a perfect score is that, while it's highly impressive, there's always room for improvement. However, I can confidently say that I would recommend Zyro to anyone looking to build a website without the hassle and at an affordable price. In conclusion, Zyro.com is a top-tier website builder that's user-friendly, affordable, and delivers exceptional results. Whether you're a small business owner or an individual looking to establish an online presence, I highly recommend giving Zyro a try. It's certainly made a significant difference for my business, and I'm certain it could do the same for you.
