In my personal experience, Amazon is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Even smaller companies have a better track record than Amazon. Unfortunately, I had an extremely negative experience with them. They have taken my hard-earned money and failed to even deliver the product to me.

For many years, I have been a regular Amazon customer, purchasing about three items per week. Recently, I bought a cookbook that I quickly discovered didn't meet my needs, and I promptly returned it. Initially, Amazon said that the item was not eligible for return, but after I reached out to their customer service, they allowed the return.

As is my habit, I left a review for the product, sharing my honest experience. I typically write reviews for about 80% of my purchases, mostly positive. However, I was shocked to discover that I am now blocked from writing any reviews on the site. Amazon has offered no justification for why this has occurred.

As a result, I've decided to switch my online shopping to Walmart, which typically has lower prices and allows me to make in-person returns at their stores.

Review Description: As a seller on amazon.ae I get orders and I book orders delivery slots on the same day but unfortunately the amazon driver never comes to pickup the package. The order is cancelled or if it was picked up 5 or 6 or more days later the buyer returns the order and we end up charged for shipping and return order fees. All of the above is due to inefficient delivery drivers.
