Review Description: It's been 10 days since I ordered a kitchen appliance but it has not been delivered yet. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that the item had already been shipped but they couldn't track it down. Unfortunately, they refused to take responsibility for the situation and even spoke to me in a rude manner, not giving me a chance to explain my situation. It was so frustrating that I had to cancel the order. Now, I'm still waiting for a refund.

Review Description: HORRIBLE! I'm not even blaming the delivery services, nor the workers at the warehouses! AMAZON ITSELF, is a horrible company who turns their workers into robots, and everybody who accuses the Customer service andor warehouse workers should think twice, what those people are going trough to have normal lives. THE ARGUMENT "GET ANOTHER JOB" IS INVALID, THEY WOULD IF THEY COULD! I really hope, another company with better work ethics, who treats their workers with respect and with better wages shows up soon, so they can take Amazon's spot!!!
