While I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt for unexpected delays, the lack of communication and support from Decathlon Express Avenue was truly disheartening. My attempts to leave a genuine review on their website were seemingly disregarded, adding to the overall disappointment. Despite the impeccable quality of the product itself, my overall experience with the delivery process has left me hesitant to recommend Decathlon to others. I strongly advise caution when it comes to ordering from Decathlon Express Avenue, especially if efficient communication and support are important to you. Regrettably, I cannot bring myself to recommend decathlon.in to anyone after this ordeal. It begs the question: why even offer online ordering if the aftercare is so lacking? It's a shame that their online services are not as reliable as their physical stores.
