Exceptionally Disappointing Experience with No Refund Policy
My recent experience with Enamor has left me utterly disheartened and frustrated. In a world where online shopping has become a norm, I never expected to encounter such a nightmare. I made a significant pre-payment for a large order, believing that I was dealing with a reputable and trustworthy company. However, that perception quickly shattered. Upon placing my order, it was split into two separate packages for delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery process descended into chaos as their driver, to my disbelief, could not locate my address despite detailed instructions, multiple conversations with residents, and even a correct Google Maps link. As a result, the first package was delivered to a completely wrong address, to an individual who had no association with my order. When I presented irrefutable evidence of the delivery mishap, even Enamor's representative, Muskan, acknowledged the blunder. She assured me of a refund by a specific date, only to retract her commitment, insisting on an internal investigation by the logistics team. This delay tactic was excruciating, especially considering the undeniable evidence I had provided. To add insult to injury, the customer service worker, Kirthi, exhibited a disappointing level of unresponsiveness, blatantly ignoring my numerous emails seeking updates and providing further evidence. What baffled me the most was the lack of accountability and empathy from the customer service team. Despite being repeatedly assured that my issue had been "escalated," there was no tangible follow-up or resolution. The sluggish responses and dismissive attitude left me questioning their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. As my departure from India was imminent, the urgency of this matter was clearly conveyed to Enamor. However, their customer service team seemed unfazed by my impending absence, adding to my disenchantment. It was disconcerting to realize that a supposedly reliable and reputed online retailer could exhibit such substandard conduct across the board. My earnest advice to anyone considering transactions with this company is to refrain from making any pre-payments. The risks far outweigh the convenience, as my ordeal exemplifies. This regrettable experience has forced me to question every facet of their operational integrity and customer service capability. As I firmly stand by the principle of holding companies accountable for their commitments, I vow to update this review until the rightful refund, which is undeniably owed to me, is received. Update: Despite my persistent requests for a refund, the saga took an unexpected turn. After sharing my frustration through this review, the items that were supposed to be refunded were miraculously delivered. However, to my dismay, the delivery included three incorrect items, leaving me no time to rectify the situation. The sheer lack of clarity and professionalism in resolving this matter has only contributed to my disillusionment.
