Placed and order with Kroger delivery…

My review for kroger.com Placed and order with Kroger delivery on 2/14/24. I was charged for items NOT ordered or delivered. When contacting their customer service, they were rude and argumentative and would not issue the full refund of items not purchased nor delivered! They are thieves and obviously only care about making their bottom line, at the expense of their customers. Gave 1 star only because I had to select one, otherwise, I would have given them negative 10! Thank goodness for HEB!!!!

After eagerly placing an order for groceries, I was subjected to an agonizing wait of over three hours for the delivery to arrive. Three hours of my precious time wasted, thanks to Kroger's abysmal logistics and lack of respect for their customers' schedules. But the nightmare didn't end there. When the delivery finally stumbled its way to my doorstep, it was like a slap in the face. Not only was the delivery late, but it was also incomplete, with several crucial items missing. It's as if Kroger couldn't even be bothered to fulfill the basic task of delivering a complete order. Naturally, I reached out to Kroger's customer service in hopes of rectifying the situation. But what did I get in return? A cold, indifferent response that sent shivers down my spine. I was informed that Kroger was unable to redo the order and could only offer a refund. Fine, I thought, at least I'll get my money back. But no, Kroger had other plans. They had the audacity to tell me that the refund would take a mind-boggling 45 days to process. Are you kidding me, Kroger? Forty-five days? Do you expect me to twiddle my thumbs and wait patiently while you sit on my hard-earned money for over a month? This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond comprehension. Kroger's utter failure to address my concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner speaks volumes about their lack of accountability and commitment to customer service. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and resolution from Kroger. But alas, they have failed me, and I will not soon forget it. Consider this a warning to all potential Kroger customers: beware of their empty promises and abysmal customer service. Save yourself the headache and explore alternative grocery shopping options. Kroger has lost a customer for life, and I will not hesitate to share my nightmarish experience with anyone who will listen. Another problem with the Harrison Ave. Kroger Pharmacy

My review for kroger.com I've had a lot of problems before with Kroger pharmacy on Harrison Ave. and today's incident just adds to the frustration. I spoke to a pharmacy tech and verified that my prescription would be able to be picked up on February 11th. Because of previous issues, I checked again and spoke to Christina on February 9th. She said that I would be able to pick it up on the 11th. February 11th came, I called it in and spoke to Erin or Ericka and she said that it would be available to be picked up at 1:00 pm. When 2:30 rolled around I called to check the status and the woman told me it was not eligible to be picked up until February 12th. The reason why I checked with 3 different people was because I was supposed to pick up someone and drive out of town. Now I have to wait until the next day and I needed to be in Atlanta at a certain date and time. For something as simple as verifying a pickup date they are not able to handle this very simple task. These consistent mistakes are unacceptable. I was able to pick up my prescription today, but they were not able to tell me why and how 3 people can look at the same screen and see something different. I guess it will continue.

Unsatisfied with Kroger’s Brand Microwave Popcorn

I have been a loyal Kroger shopper, visiting the store 2-3 times a week. On one of my recent visits, I decided to try out the 6-count pack of Kroger's brand microwave popcorn. As a popcorn enthusiast, I was excited to give it a try. However, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. Upon popping the second bag of popcorn, I immediately noticed a strange, off-putting smell that was far from the delightful popcorn aroma I was used to. To make matters worse, I found an excessive amount of unpopped kernels at the bottom of the bag. This left me and my husband thoroughly unsatisfied with the product. As a regular customer, I believe in the quality of Kroger's brand items, but this experience has left me feeling disappointed. I hope that Kroger takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the quality of their products. Although I still appreciate the convenience and variety offered by Kroger, I urge them to ensure that their brand items meet the expectations of loyal customers like myself.

Bag your own groceries at Kroger

My review for kroger.com It is a busy Saturday in Alcoa, Tennessee, and today (as usual) Kroger has their employees running around the store as personal shoppers for online. That leaves self checkout and only two full service lanes open. The line was long and the last 5 times I have been here, I must bag my own groceries. They do not have people to bag groceries. They want you to use self checkout and that is fine for a few items, but not a full grocery cart. Kroger added the online shopping, but did not hire staff to run it. They now expect paying customers to do their own bagging. That is ridiculous and Kroger does not care. I recommend you take your business elsewhere and stay away from Kroger.
