Review Description: Uber is the worst app and it has the worst customer service. After canceling an order 10 seconds after the driver accepted because the pick-up time was too long, I closed the app because I found a better alternative. The app was still looking for a driver and I was charged for the ride - this happened on two occasions. Another time, the driver just drove past me, he never answered the phone and I lost 30 minutes trying to reach him. Customer service does not care at all and it's all just a mess. I do not recommend this service.
