My review for uber.com They are committing some kind of fraud. When I booked a taxi, it showed that the fare for my destination would be 17 pounds. However, once I reached my destination, I received a message stating that 23 pounds had been deducted. It seems like their system is linked, allowing them to charge whatever they want. They are big cheaters. J

My review for uber.com Worst company ever stopped using the Uber app due this not realising they also do the McDonald’s app. Last 2 times order had huge problems with the first order changing drivers half way through even though food was made and waiting they then sent another driver from miles away. Took nearly an hour and 30 mins and everything g was inedible and stone cold. This time taken so far over an hour and they’ve sent some one on a push bike to another town to collect them deliver. Going to be stone cold again and ridiculous amount of time. Uber customer support are horrible and rude and will not help at all, their idea of sorting the issue was to cancel the order and still charge me. What are they thinking??! Really rude talk over you won’t sort anything out then hang up. Crap company won’t be using them again and won’t order through McDonald’s app again because of this terrible service. C

My review for uber.com I have always used Uber very happily in several countries but I won't be using it again due to a very bad experience today. I forgot a wallet with MONEY and a PENDRIVE in a trip today, I realized a few minutes afterwards, called the driver but HE REFUSED TO TALK TO ME in my 3 calls to find my wallet and wrote he had not found it. I am sure it lies in his car so me and my family WON'T BE USING UBER EVER AGAIN. We always thought you can recover anything you lost in the service but this is simply untrue! They are not responsible for objects lost in the service and the driver does not talk to you or return the item. This driver has kept my money and my pendrive. I will inform the police cause this is totally unbearable. I have important documents in that pendrive :( S

My review for uber.com Booked a trip. Guy canceled, no alternative provided which normally happens every time one cancels. Charged trip and cancellation.. his cancellation! Still waiting for money back. Spoke to three different ppl, some see the charge some don't and asked me to check my account. I just did that's why I am calling genius! She replied she can't see it. Bare in mind I was taking home a girl with autism and learning disabilities in the rain so no the easiest situation. Regardless of what they see on their system or not, the customer service needs to speak English that would be a good start. Horrific experience that will never be repeated again. T

My review for uber.com After a recent visit to Vienna I have had a bad experience with Uber. Twice they quoted one price but I was billed more. I requested a car for 6 and when it came, it was for 4. Had to pay double to get another taxi. After booking to take us to the airport I was directed to a pick up spot over 850 yards away but the driver wasn’t there. Y the time I walked back to the original spot I was charged more!!! I’m changing to Bolt . I hope they give a better service. S

My review for uber.com I have been in India for one month and have used the Uber App to organise several trips a day. Each Uber experience has been amazingly good and I have yet to find any faults with Uber's drivers or their cars. Every vehicle has been clean, well maintained (inside and out), as well as new. Every driver has been courteous, professionally minded and beyond helpful. Every journey has been quick and without incident. In comparison, my one ride with OLA was enough to make me never want to use them again. Thank you to Uber India and all their fantastic team. S

My review for uber.com Uber deserve 5 star. But I always struggled with their website, unable to contact Uber on the phone or chat. Uber has never taking any payment from me, and never provided the service. Once I went on Uber website and I booked a Minicab to Kings Cross Station for 5am in the morning, Uber Minicab turned up at 1:00am in the morning. Uber refunded my payment without any third parties get involved. Uber Minicab is a trusted business. They look after their Customers. M

My review for uber.com Simple: I tried to hire an Uber, the prejudiced driver decided he didn't like me and/or my half-Moroccan friend. He drove away without a word and Uber charged ME for cancelling. WHAT? Uber reverted the cancellation charge. I've adjusted the review from 1 to 2 stars as:A) I don't think they should be able to charge passengers at all for cancellations by the driver (we had actually walked to the driver's location in the rain because he did not come to the agreed pick-up location); andB) Uber did not mention what they're going to do about the driver's outrageous behaviour. My review for uber.com I expressed my concern to Uber about service animals. I have to agree to a policy before I can start driving again. The policy is that either I agree to have animals in my vehicle or I can’t drive with Uber. Also that they won’t be charged extra for a cleaning fee. Now that is unfair to us drivers who are actually allergic to animals to have to agree to this policy before we can continue working. Uber app should have drivers listed who are allergic and avoid setting up customers with them. Since Uber is not allowed to discriminate against riders with service animals, it discriminates against people who have allergies, also, against religion (to not give rides to animals). With people who have service animals. I am sorry for this post. I genuinely do not mean this in a demeaning way, I just wish that Uber would have something would accommodate both sides. Because right now, i have to work because this is my source of income for the moment. I am very disappointed. C

Uber is cheating
My review for uber.com Uber is cheating. Shows you fare at one price and when “something went wrong” comes back with extra 20%. This than stay for few more trips. Now when comparing with regular taxis it’s actually costing more than back cab. Moreover, it takes wrong routes, give wrong address and when you correct the driver, get to right place and in shorter time and distance, it charges you surcharge for “significant change to the route” ridicules, will avoid as much as possible!!!!
